Last updated: 3 September 2026. CODE TELECOM S.A.R.L. operates Dahye Mall and is responsible for the personal information processed through the service. Dahye Mall processes information required to provide accounts, business listings, orders, bookings, support, fraud prevention and nearby results.

Information we may process

• Account details such as name, email, telephone number and encrypted authentication data.
• Business information, products, services, logos and photographs submitted by providers.
• Order, booking, delivery and support records.
• Approximate or precise foreground location only when the user chooses location-based features.
• Camera or photo-library content selected for a profile, logo, listing or product upload.
• Technical security, analytics and advertising information, subject to consent and applicable law.
• Messages sent to Customer Service AI; passwords, payment codes and medical records must never be entered.

Use and sharing

Information is used to operate Dahye Mall, connect customers with providers, process approved payments, prevent abuse and provide support. It may be shared only with the relevant provider, delivery/payment processor or contracted technology service when necessary. CODE TELECOM S.A.R.L. does not sell passwords or private account credentials.

Retention and rights

Account information is retained while the account is active and then deleted or anonymized following a verified deletion request, except for records that must be retained for fraud prevention, legal, accounting or transaction obligations. Users may request access, correction or deletion through the Account Deletion page or support.

Terms & Conditions

Dahye Mall is a local discovery and marketplace service operated by CODE TELECOM S.A.R.L. Independent businesses are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, price and fulfillment of their listings. A Verified badge means Dahye Mall reviewed submitted business information; it is not a guarantee of every product, service or professional outcome.

• Users must provide truthful information and protect their login credentials.
• Illegal, unsafe, deceptive, counterfeit or rights-infringing listings are prohibited.
• Final price, delivery fee, stock and appointment availability must be displayed or confirmed before commitment.
• CODE TELECOM S.A.R.L. may investigate complaints, remove content, suspend accounts or cooperate with lawful authorities in operating Dahye Mall.

Refund, Cancellation, Payment & Delivery

Available methods may include cash on delivery, OMT, Whish or an authorized payment processor. Payment availability depends on the provider and transaction. Final charges must be shown before confirmation.

• Physical-product returns depend on item condition, category, provider policy and Lebanese law.
• Incorrect, damaged or missing orders should be reported promptly with the order reference.
• Service and clinic cancellations depend on the provider’s clearly displayed cancellation window.
• Approved refunds return through the original available method when technically possible.
• Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless explicitly confirmed.

Seller & Service Provider Agreement

Providers must maintain accurate identity, contact, location, licensing, inventory, prices, images and service information. They may upload only content they own or are authorized to use. They must protect customer information and use it solely to fulfill the requested order, booking or support interaction.

Subscription benefits, referral rewards and renewal prices must be shown before payment. Non-payment, fraud, unsafe activity, unresolved complaints or policy violations may cause listing suspension. Dahye Mall may request updated verification evidence.

Medical-Service Disclaimer

Dahye Mall helps users discover clinics and request appointments. Dahye Mall and Customer Service AI do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, replace a licensed professional or provide emergency medical care. Provider profiles must not make misleading medical claims.

Telehealth, prescriptions and health-record processing are not enabled unless a separately reviewed compliant service is introduced.

User Content, Reporting & Prohibited Listings

Users can report incorrect, abusive, unsafe or infringing content from a business page or through support. Dahye Mall may review, hide or remove content and suspend the responsible account.

• Prohibited: illegal goods, weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, hate or harassment, sexual exploitation, scams, stolen data and misleading health claims.
• Copyright owners may send the listing URL, ownership evidence and contact details to support.
• Reviews must describe genuine experiences. Paid, fabricated or manipulated reviews are prohibited.
• Reports are reviewed without exposing the reporter’s private information to the reported business except where required by law.
