What will be deleted?
- Customer or seller profile and login access
- Saved addresses, favorites and optional profile data
- Provider listings and uploaded media, subject to active disputes or legal retention
Transaction, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute records may be retained only for the required period. We will inform you when the request is complete.
